Terms of Use

By downloading or using any application (“App”) developed by Murygin Vladislav (“Developer”), you agree to the following terms. These terms are in addition to and do not replace the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously

Data Collection

The Developer may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the App. This information is used in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve products or to provide services or technologies to you. External Services

The App may enable access to third-party services and websites (“External Services”). You agree to use External Services at your sole risk. The Developer is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
